Gauge

A device to measure parts and to determine if the measurement is according to the quality requirements. It contains fixing and measurement components. The parts to be measured are placed in a defined position with fixations and are measured in defined positions with sliding or moveable index arms. Gauges require yearly validation and certification. Every gauge has a unique number and a description of which parts they are used for.
